Browsers "cache" or hold inside their memory the pages that you visit for a time period specified when you installed or setup the browser program. This is so that those pages will load faster for you and make your internet viewing quicker and more enjoyable. Because I use ftp publishing, it is sometimes difficult to get the pages to reload themselves, and each viewer may be required to force their browser to reload the individual pages as if they had never been viewed before. The two most common browsers are Netscape and Internet Explorer (see below). If you use AOL, the browser is usually Netscape, but the method is slightly different. You must use the provided "refresh button", depending on your version. If no refresh button is visible, use F5 (one of the function keys at the top of the keyboard). If that does not work, hold down the shift key and press F5 again. If that doesn't work - sorry, but you couldn't pay me to use AOL; contact their help section for further details. Netscape
